Strawberry Yogurt Cheesecake
Crust….
1 and 1/2 cups crushed oat bran cereal
1 can (6oz) thawed frozen apple juice concentrate
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Cheese Cake....
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
1/3 cup sugar or splenda
2 Tbs. fresh strawberry juice or 1/2 tsp puree
2 Cups sliced strawberries
Crust…. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine oat bran, juice concentrate and cinnamon; mix well. Press into 9” glass pie pan.
Cheesecake…. In bowl, combine eggs, yogurt, sugar, juice and vanilla. Pour into crust and place pan on baking sheet. Bake until set, 25-30 minutes.
Cool in pan on rack; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, arrange strawberries on top.

True Stories About Real People
Dilbert, a cartoon character, is a favorite of millions. Dilbert makes us laugh at the frustrations of the daily workplace with his caustic perceptions of everything that goes on around him.
The cartoonist that created him is Scott Adams. Acknowledged as a leader in his industry, he has gone the distance believing strongly in positive attitudes and good businesslike methods. For over 17 years Adams worked in a middle-management job that he didn’t particularly enjoy. However, he persisted in pursuing his dream to become a successful cartoonist by doing the following:
-Affirmation. Every day he wrote, “I will become a syndicated cartoonist” 15 times a day.
-Persistence. Though he was rejected many, many times he kept sending out sample cartoons to syndication services.
-Customer focus. He landed a syndication deal but wanted more distribution. He talked to customers, who told him that the upcoming thing was business humor. So he refocused his direction and Dilbert was born.
By the way, Scott Adams has set a new goal for himself. Each day he writes “I will win the Pulitzer Prize.”
